Chocolate is actually incredibly good for you, and here's why
Next time you stock up on chocolate at the grocery store, you can say
you're doing it for your health. A study in August found that older
people who drank two cups of cocoa every day had an increase in blood
flow to the brain, and that their memory and thinking skills improved.
Chocolate can also help you avoid heart attacks and lose weight. You
read that right — the fiber in chocolate actually suppresses appetite,
so if you allow yourself a chocolate snack, you'll likely eat fewer
calories that day. And since dark chocolate is better for you, you
should generally eat the darkest chocolate you can handle. We have a
feeling that won't be a problem.
