Celebrate the cultures that color Southeast Ohio at the annual Appalachian Color in the Hills Festival!
The three-day festival, held the first weekend in October, at Glouster Park on State Route 13, features food and crafts that harken back to the region’s bygone eras. Enjoy an international food court, helicopter rides, juried arts and crafters and local music. Free admission!
